Cleantech Law has been established to provide high quality legal advice to businesses and advisors operating in the clean technology sector. Initially, Cleantech Law will be playing to its historical strengths advising and assisting on commercial intellectual property law. Over time Cleantech Law’s capabilities will expand in response to its client’s needs, including into the areas of environmental law, carbon trading law and the law as it relates to climate change.
